• Developed and maintained MyActionCRM and other company's websites which were developed in PHP5/MySQL.
• Prepared system requirements and specifications and designed MySQL databases for new modules assigned.
• Created, edited and maintained documentation for modules assigned.
• Took responsibilities for bugs and challenges with the system, analysed the challenges and came up with a solution.
• Provided technical support to all Action associates.
