Responsibilities

• Co-ordinated the work of three developers (including myself) to develop and maintain four web applications for APN online (search4cars.com.au, search4stuff.com.au, search4property.com.au and search4jobs.com.au). search4cars, search4stuff and search4property have later on been rebranded as carfinda, bargainfinda and propertyfinda respectively.
• Carried out analysis in consultation with project manager and/or product manager to come up with specifications for development tasks.
• Managed the deployment for every release.
• Wrote and maintained the coding standards used by all team members.
• Developed unit test using PHPUnit for codes written.
• Wrote and maintained documentation for source code, database schema and change logs.
• Practiced and adhered to Agile methodology in the development process.
• Involved in applications' architecture and design meetings.
• Provided technical support to customer support team.
• All development carried out in PHP5 and Python with MySQL databases.
